Hypnosis is a powerful tool for healing and is a safe and effective way to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, pain, and trauma. However, it is not a cure-all. 
In some cases, it may take more than one session to obtain your desired results. Therefore, I recommend investing in multiple sessions in order to maximize your time and effort.
